We are pleased to announce that XCAPI has been successfully certified by Mitel for use with OpenScape 4000 V11. This certification confirms seamless connectivity at the SIP interface and ensures reliable interoperability between XCAPI and the current OpenScape 4000 platform.
Over the past years, XCAPI has been certified multiple times for earlier versions of the OpenScape 4000 platform — initially under Siemens, later under Unify and Atos, and now under Mitel as the current manufacturer. The new V11 certification is a continuation of this long-standing interoperability.
All tests were conducted in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and were completed on August 4, 2025. Mitel confirms that XCAPI successfully covered all relevant scenarios at the SIP interface and fully met the specified requirements. The certificate was issued on December 05, 2025.

XCAPI enables existing CAPI 2.0-compatible applications in the areas of Unified Messaging (UMS), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to operate over Voice over IP.
